Although I do occasionally twitch when relaxed, it happens most often when I am moving a muscle. For instance, when I move my top lip up towards my nose, both my lip and parts of my cheeks twitch in the extreme. Is this normal with BFS, or is it more likely to be part of some other, more serious neurological condition?

Hey Aaron, I've had that since I was a little kid and I still have it. I have no idea what the heck that is but if I make a "snarl" on my face, or do the "Elvis lips", my whole face will jump and twitch. If I do it really hard, I can make it stop but if I do it just normally, without much force, man does it go crazy! I don't think that is related to BFS or anything but I thought is was curious that you mentioned it because I haven't seen too many people talk about that before.
