Hi All,
I know everyone twitches but does anyone have them move all over body at the same time? Also what about cramps? I would appreciate any advice.

I would say almost everyone here has had that. That's just what BFS is.
BFS FAQ:

When it first hit me in 05 it came on like gangbusters. All over. Calfs were the worst and still are. It was scary. Went on for 2 years then slowly faded. It has returned at least 7 or 8 times. Happening now. I was symptom free for the last 14 months. Crazy
