I have been having a rough week, I feel a little better, less twitches, but my legs feel tight in the morning, I have been working out alot, but I get scared, I read about a guy who started off with fasciculations in arm then they moved to legs, his legs would shake after exercise and they were stiff in the morning. I feel like that and my legs shake a little after exercise. His twitches came and went he had good days and bad days, and he was diagnosed with MND by emg, after 4 months of these symptoms. I have been dealing with this for a little over 13 months.

I am still a bit concerned. I mean I just do not feel like I used to .

Hi Kerri!

You probably don't feel like you used to because you never used to worry so much before. Stress and anxiety can put a terrible strain on your health.

Work on the "mental", and the "physical" will improve too!
