CIDP and twitching

Postby pinprick on November 14th, 2015, 1:04 pm

In that example you can see that twitching is present when someone is having CIDP that is a polyneuropathy.
This guy, a physician, is also having hard pins and needles, what i name it bee stings sensations.
He was on IVIG treatment. Seem to do better on IVIG.

Twitching may be present in many type of neuropathy as i have seen (GBS, SFN, CIDP ... etc).
Probably also with FM (Fibromialgia) since they found out that many of those peoples have SFN ...
BFS is part of neuropathy.

I'm probably doing a new "flare up" since 4 months. I will do an other EMG soon (that will show nothing probably ... pretty sure).
Sensory symptoms have increased (they were stable for 6 years). Twitching the same.
I have lot of muscle pain when I'm doing the same exercise (hiking) that i was used to (4 months ago) that is not normal.

Hope you're doing well despite all that crap.

Have a good day
