Scared about facial twitches

Been twitching all over sporadically for like a year. Symptoms started a few weeks after a flu shot and during a time of very high anxiety. Recently the twitching activity has been quite active in my facial muscles which is extremely unnerving. I ignore the twitches in my feet, quads, calves, etc, but the facial twitches truly scare me. They are embarrassing and seem more pathological than the other twitches. Have had 2 clean clinicals and 1 totally clean EMG over the past year (although EMG did not test face or bulbar region). Do I need to be worried?

They might be more embarrassing but they are in no way more pathological. I've had many periods of persistent twitching eyelids, cheeks, chin. They're very common, so relax.

Cheers,
