That's just it. Stop thinking about the hyperexcitability phase. Stop learning about it. Pretend it doesn't exist. Go fill your time and head with other things. Get busy. It's Christmas -- go shopping or work late nights or skating or something. Don't try to overcome the fear by learning about it and then comparing it to your own symptoms. That is a never ending cycle. Just walk away and fill your time with things. That's been my best bet to beating anxiety.

Is periphel nerve excitability tested with emg?
