Trying to reconcile the pain in hands and feet

So I've been on a good trajectory the last few weeks in a few respects...I've been told by my neuro that I'm OK and the EMG on my hands was clean so that has really put my mind at ease a lot and as a result, a lot of the fasciculations have subsided. I notice them here and there but for the most part, I feel like I'm in a much better place...HOWEVER, I still have pain/cramping in my hands and in the arches of my feet that continues and even feels as though it's worsening. I was under the assumption that these were largely a bi-product of my BFS/Anxiety/Stress but they won't go away...kinda hurts to shake hands with someone and my feet just ache on the inside of the arch and sometimes on the bottom of my feet. Anyone else ever experience this?

Not so much in the hands, but the arches of my feet are constantly aching...even while at rest and when I go to lay down at night they have short burst of cramps that I have to pull my toe up to get rid of. Its mainly my right foot arch, but my left chimes in on occasion

My right foot has been cramping quite a bit, also on the inside of the arch - not really sure what's causing it. I'm waiting on an EMG but I had a clear neuro exam. I've found that lately I've been curling my toes more for some reason (stress? cold?) and I wonder if that could be part of the problem.
