Hello all
So I have been twitching for 2 years now. I am doing well until today my worst fear came back with this new symptom. My lower left calf is cramping up while I m walking. It's not s full cramp but it's def a mini cramp I could feel the muscle locking up but only for few seconds then it is let go. This is happening about once in like 6 steps while walking. What could that be. I know that cramps are common with our condition but as far as I know it happens while at rest. I have not read a post that someone gets them while walking. What's your thought on that.

answer: most probably slight circulation issue due to veins valve problems.

I have them, and I have insufficient blood supply due to slowly weakning vein valves. This is not the weakness we all fear of, but more or less expected resultd due to age, weight and sedentary life :) It happens in both very lazy and very fit persons (and I must say runners and cyclists have this becasue their veins just are too small to supply enough blood to the relatively big muscles).
