Mario you sound like my brother! I feel I do have symptoms tho bc I have all the twitching and now 4 limbs with denervation. I think the neuro didn't give details bc he wanted me to move on and feel well even if down the road things got worse. I ruined that by pushing questions on him and now I have details I wish I didn't.

Linda,

regarding details. Did you ever considered to make a list of infromation you have minimum in two columns. In the one column would be: normal blood tests, normal NCV, normal recruitment, no UMN signs, normal clinical exam (no reflex disruption, no weakness, no other pathological signs), on the other column would be slight denervation in 4 limbs explained by radiculopathy.

and just meditate on this table.\this is the summary of info you got from few previous weeks.
5-6 positive, 1 rather neutral (as denervation is practically physiological process we all have with the age, especially if we have compression issues).

Good count I think.

Yulia I like that very much! Not sure if I must add all the twitching and I don't know if the denervation is slight but I do like it. I think I'll write it up and carry it with me.

it should be rather mild otherwise it would be clinically evident. While it was only detected on EMG, I think it should be slight.

What is denervation?
