Help! Can someone please explain to me clonus?

I noticed when my tongue sticks out of my mouth the left side jerks back into my mouth before fully extending (if that makes sense) when I move tongue to the right, examining left side this pretty continuous, slow jerk moves the tongue. Is this clonus???

EDIT: nevermind. I'm feeding the beast. I need to stop checking my tongue....--Neville
