Damian, a question.

You and I both have had foot pain for which a podiatrist had prescribed orthotics. I've been using them for several weeks, and can't tell any difference. I'm still convinced that BFS either caused the condition, or exacerbates it. Have you had any luck with your orthotics?

Rex,

I have been wearing them for almost 2 months now and I notice little or no difference in the foot pain. I am with you in blaming the BFS for the symptoms even though my neuro doesn't agree. I had never experienced even the slightest symptoms of foot pain prior to BFS. I plan to continue wearing them as they also correct a slight difference in leg length which has been causing lower back pain. They seem to help somewhat in that respect.

Regards,
Damian

My feet have really been more painful lately than before I started using the orthotics. I guess I should try to stay off them for a few days to see if there's any improvement. However, since my exercise helps control my weight, blood pressure and stress, so it's hard to do that.
