UPDATE!

Hi all - wow, it's been nearly 7 years since my original post. Am updating because I've had no symptoms at all (maybe a tiny few, but I ignore them) in that time, and I'm well. I know it would have really reassured me to see a post like this when I first joined, so that's why I'm posting!!

My symptoms were totally rooted in anxiety. I've been on a bumpy journey with it and would not patronise anyone by telling them what to do - but what worked for me was MINDFULNESS and YOGA. They have changed my life and I wholeheartedly recommend them to you!

Good luck all and be well, I never thought I'd see the end of this but I AM FINE! And so are you. Honestly.
