Hi All, it has been long time since I last came here. I just want to give hope to all members who are still scared.

I dont know what exactly helped me, or when...

From my point of view, doctors are correct almost correct... BFS is related to stress, is your body telling you, you need to change something in your life.

I did some therapy in which I realized how much I used to worry for so many things, and learned to let go (still learning), but mainly to recognize when I feel stress, so I can work on lowering it.

As per medicines and that stuff, this is what I tried that I think helped me the most:

1- Juicing. (Super important, you dont need to do every single day, but it is really good for health)
2- B complex vitamines.
3- Magnesium.
4- Glutamine (your nervous system is related to your gut, glutamine helps your gut to recover).


Avoid or at least moderate:

1- Stress
2- Alcohol.
3- Caffeine.
4- Spicy food.

ahhh very important, proper sleep guys (THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT), please practice guided medtitation every night before sleeping. speak to yourself and repeat that everyday you will feel better.

I hope it helps, I dont even think about BFS, I forgot about it, I might twitch from time to time, but I think I have been like this since I was born.
