hi guys

Im 31 year old male, 4 years of symptoms..

lately i have noticed issues with my bladder, its not emptying all the way and i have to force out tiny streams of urine and if i sit down i will feel little bits of urine dribble out or it happens in other certain movements

if i check my downstairs area it has urine constantly leaking out, or sitting around the opening... theres some discomfort in the penis..

this isn't any sexual issue as i have not had sex and last tests were all fine..

im worried its muscles that work all these functions weakening, would als present this way? any advice would help..

Nope it is not als.

urine incinsistency in men is much less frequent than in wonen for example due to long urethra and two sphincters in it, but it is still possible, especially if you have overactive bladder.

You should not worry abd should go to urologist for evaluation. Extra weight causeing weakening of pelvic musculature, benign enlargement of prostate (very frequent) and overactive bladder (common for nervous people) could be the reason.
