Twitches that you can't "feel"?

So I've had all that pain in my back here lately. Today I was scratching that part of my back and felt a muscle pop, or at least I think I did. Now if I reach my hand back there and press sometimes I feel a twitch with my hand that I don't think I would have otherwise noticed. As in I can feel it move when pressing against it but if I weren't it's like I wouldn't have felt it at all.

Does anyone else have these? Is feeling them some in an area that has been so painful a bad sign?

Or could I just be imagining this?

Also I noticed today that the pain in my back greatly subsided when I was over at my dads house sitting on his comfortable couch. Odd.

Oh and are "rippling" sensations normal? Just above my right foot between the calf and the heel I felt this rippling sensation. Like incredibly quick movements of the muscle that went in waves from one part of it to the other end. Anyone else have these? Are they something to worry about?

Is that something to be more concerned about?
