Perlmutter Diet. Good or Bad?

Postby misterjuanperalta on September 21st, 2015, 9:51 am

Dr. Perlmutter's recommended diet in a nutshell is high in good fats and low in carbs, such as grains, sugar, etc....

But now I find this, a high-fat diet adversely affects renal function and blood pressure.

Any thoughts?

I am confused as far as diets - what is the best? Well, I guess it will only be the one that you try, for a long period, and find it worked for you. Because who knows if his twitching is caused by the same thing yours is caused by? We have seen, especially by many of the links you've posted, that twitching can be cause by so many things!

I am paying attention to eating balanced, varied, super, whole foods.

heres the thing right - you can't go wrong with a sound diet.

Try and stay away from processed foods as much as possible and stay as close to the earth as possible - and you will be ok.
