Have had BFS in my lower legs for 5 years. Learned to live with it. Two clean EMGs and nothing significant found by two neurologist. In May I stated having nerve pain in my right ankle. It has now spread too both the top and bottom of my foot. Only happens for the most part when I first stand up after sitting or laying down. It usually goes away after I start walking. Very very annoying. Anyone ever have anything like that.

yea, before reading Yuliasir's response, I thought that it sounds like some kind of pinched nerve in/around your ankle somewhere. I have something similar, but happening in my shoulder/arm. Not yet sure what it is, no imaging done of my shoulder, just a few opinions and likeliness pointing to pinched/compressed nerves.
