Hi guys ! Please help. So I've been twitching for almost 15 months and no real cramping most of my twitches are in my legs my feet constantly go. Since the past 5 months I have developed a weakness in my left leg . It always feels odd . I hardly ever work out but everytime I do squats or lunges my left leg gets really weak and I can do squats but I feel so weak after and my left leg gets super sore the next day. I know left leg could be weaker than your right but is this bfs or should I be worried ? I have been cleared by 3 neuros so far with one clear emg with just a few fasics. Please help! It's one of those days .

as per your description, hardly this could be a neurological weakness or what is called 'clinical' weakness - a state which implies significant loss of function. In that case symptomes would be differents - limitation of movement range, limping, inability to do squats.

If you never had worked out before, it is quite possible that your left leg is much less fit than right one. More soreness in this leg may also mean you have worse circulation in this leg causing more lactate to stay in the muscles causing inflammation and pain. "Strange" feeling may be also related to muscle or tendons strain which probably is caused by postural issues. Suppose the right doctors to check this are doppler USI technician, flebologist (veing circulation specialist) and a podiatrist.

I have this in both legs since about several weeks. Now, since a few days I have vein insufficience in both legs, too. And joint pain in left knee, swollen tendons in knee cave both sidees. sometimes I have the impression, I can't even walk and need a wheelchair. But neurological tests of legs were all ok. I also have no clue about the reason.
