The most annoying twitches in my honest opinion are eardrum twitches. Tongue twitches are pretty annoying too, but the sound of an insect incessantly flapping its wings in your ears (especially when you're trying to sleep) really truly sucks.
After a hotspot-free period due in part to attitude adjustment and diet changes, I go and get a cold virus, which of course causes inflammation and in turn sets my system off. Why am I not surprised. I went to an ENT specialist several years ago due to this, and he offered to botox my eardrum or sever the tiny muscle, which sounded ridiculous but now maybe it makes sense??? Hmmm...
Fingers crossed that this will pass really soon. They seem to have decreased today, which is awesome. I've had this crap for years and years, and I am at the point where ALS, MS etc doesnt even cross my mind, so I am thankful for that at least.
