What's up everybody!

Just got a quick question.

Today was the first time I ran since my BFS started (had a basketball game). I noticed during the game, i was getting pins and needle sensations in the bottom of my feet. Anyone else experience this? It wasn't really worrying me, I just found it annoying. Input is greatly appreciated!!

I do experience it sometimes (especially in the morning, and also when doing strenous excercises). I consider that as a result of bad circulation.

Thanks Yulia.

I also experience it in the morning as I take my first few steps out of bed. This has been something new. It's beginning to become a nuisance. I don't know if it is circulation for me since im in my 20's, but I guess It can be. This just never happened before this BFS started

I can only confirm it is harmless in my case.
BFS involves so called automomous system disorders (related to anxiety too). It may casue spasms of yur lower limbs vessels in order to organize more blood to your brain or as a response on muscle contration. This may casue cramping, tingling and unpleasant sensations.
try to keep your feet warm, this ususally helps a bit.
