Simple and effective. it reduces inflammation and promotes good sleep.

Just try it, it will not harm in any way, and in the worst case scenario it will help you relax a little bit.
I normally take it before sleeping, but I would suggest you guys to drink it 2 or 3 times a day to help the gut to recover.

I am saying this because I am convinced that most of this things we feel are just because our second nervous system ( the bowels) is inflamed and not working properly. I am sure not all of us suffer from the same, but I am almost sure that it will help most people.

I feel cured, do not worry anymore about this...

I would also suggest 2 more things.

1- pro biotics. buy expensive ones, the ones which need to be refrigerated.
2- Glutamine. ( help recovering the guts)

and.... stop worring about stupid things! you are ok! smile and enjoy!!!

All the best to everyone! and let me know if it helped, I am sure it will!

Regards everyone, happy 2014!!!
