HELPFULL THERAPY FOR BFS? TRE- IMPORTANT

Postby Kamila on June 14th, 2013, 5:13 pm

Hi all!
9 month of fasciculations start for me.
Did anyone heard anout TRE? Tension and Trauma Releases Exercises
I see its getting famous in many countries-even was used in US army.
This people specially make their body go into shake, tremors, fasciculations- to release trauma and stress.
I am wonder if tis can help in our case?!! Or it will make us fasciculation more?
I see opposite inform:example i found this is good for epilepsy, MS, Parkinsson, restless leg. But then on polish page I found info if you have epilepsy You can not go into TRE.
Here its some link about it -but its many on net about TRE.

Maybe its can be real cure? What You all think?

As I said, looks like it could provoke seizures in people prone to epilepsia (like any rythmic stimulation), all the rest might have good reasons :)
