Dry-Needling therapy

In consultation with my manual therapist I decided to try "dry-needling" therapy.
At this point I've had three treatments (every week one treatment) and I must say that my arm/neck (pain)symptoms have been reduced since. It's a new kind of method to treat the trigger points in the body and it seems to be very effective. The treatment itself is not fun :oops: it hurts a lot, and when I'm done it's feels like someone has hit my arms badly with a baseball bat. But after a few days it feels definitely better than before. Maybe this therapy can also help others here with pain symptoms, it sure helps me :wink: . For more information:
