"Making" yourself twitch

Postby YYYYT on April 26th, 2004, 7:19 pm

I notice that at certain times, I can make my elbow twitch almost on cue by pressing my left hand against something (it also happens when I lift weights with that arm). The elbow is the spot where the twitching began. It started in that elbow, then it seemed like as soon as I looked up info on "twitches", I started twitching everywhere in a matter of a few days.

I can do the same with some spots on hands and legs. But it doesn't work every time.

I can make the top of my right hand twitch simply by grasping the computer mouse. It used to be very stressful to be on the computer, but I'm dealing with it since being diagnosed with bfs.

Make it a good one!

If I move something heavy, I'll get large twitches in the muscles, but not every time. This has been going on for a couple of years and I have no known weakness in the muscles
