Weather

I may be crazy but I can swear twitching gets worse during times our weather changes drastically. The other day when it changed from being like 70 degrees to 30 degrees in a matter of hours I twitched a LOT. But not as much since then because weather has stayed about the same.

Brian,
It wouldn't surprise me if the weather affected BFS, as it does arthritis etc. I know the colder weather (when I lived in it) made my fasics worse. The warmer weather seems to help, but again, stress is my biggest enemy. I find keeping a diary helps. You may find a pattern!
