ANYONE WITH MORE TWITCHING DURING SLEEP?

Postby OBSESSED on November 18th, 2003, 7:50 am

MY TWITCHES HAVE ACTUALLY NOW MOSTLY LEFT MY FEET AND HAVE
HIT I THINK AT LEAST ONCE IN EVERY MUSCLE I HAVE! SOME DAYS ARE SO. SO... OTHERS DAYS I AM LIT UP FROM ONE SPOT TO THE NEXT.

THEY CAN SOMETIMES BE WORSE TO ME AT NIGHT. WHILE WAKING UP FROM SLEEP THEY ARE USUSALLY MORE PRONOUNCED ON THE SIDE I HAVE BEEN SLEEPING ON? LAST NIGHT I NOTICED EVEN MY EAR TWITCHING ON THE SIDE I HAD BEEN LYING ON...AS WELL AS MY EYE BROW!

ANYONE ELSE?

THANKS

Hello,
For me also the worst time is just after waking up - I feel a lot of thwitches after first few moves in the morning. Especially in arms and calves.
Unfortunetelly the rest of a day is not much better.

M.

same for me: twitches are much worse right when I wake up. In fact, I'll go for days with no twitching during the day time, but then every single time I wake up in the middle of the night I'll be twitching somewhere.

It's very often in the spot that I am laying on, like my back or sides. but I also wake up with hand fascics quite often.

for me the biggest problem is that I am much less rational and much more likely to think "oh my god I'm dying!" right when I wake up in the middle of the night than during the day.

for those that get better as the day progresses, consider yourselves lucky. Mine get worse! I do experience extreme twitching in the middle of the night if i wake up, but it doesn't go away during the day.
