this is crazy

even after twitching almost 2 years with no weakness or atrophy, I still just can not resist doing 50 pushups and 50 deep knee bends at least every other day if not every day. I do it just to "check" for weakness. Its crazy after 2 years I should stop but I just cant resist doing it.

its prolly good for me though, I can do a lot more pushups than I could before. If I wanted too I could do 75-100 with not much trouble but I just do 50 cause I figure thats enough to check for weakness.

I even got even more crazy and started doing it with my utility belt that weighs about 5-10 pounds and my bulletproof vest that weighs about 10 pounds on. And I can still do 50 and 50 even with that added weight. Oh well guess it dont hurt me any heh?
