How do you know if you have foot drop, is stepping over your ankle considered foot drop. I was just a little worried about that.

If you had foot drop you wouldn't be able to walk on your heels.

Falling over your ankle is a very common thing to happen.

A foot drop is when the muscles that raise your foot are weak - so you can't walk on your heels, you drag your foot etc.

I am chill lately, infact my twitches are so minimal they are barely felt. I have maybe one a day or every other day if that, but if I trip or do anything that is associated wtih the "A" word I flip out again, it has been over a year, my neuro appointment is on the 18th.
