Workout

It's hard to believe but when I work out (full body weight lifting and cardio) all of my cramps and twitches subside for a couple of hours. I think that running/jogging is good for any leg pains. It's difficult at first but once you get started the pain subsides. I recommend at least an hour of workout and running 3 times a week.
