Hi everyone,

when I exercise, either at the gym, or when i play guitar, or walk, it always seems like I feel stronger afterwards. And not just mentally, but my grip and my legs feel stronger, also my arms. I might be in a bit of pain after , but if i continue exercising the effect seems to last. At first when I start it is usually is very painful, but as I go on it gets better and better anyone else feel that?
