I have been taking Yoga and Pilates for about a month now. I attend class 3 times a week. Doing this has not helped my twitches - but it has made my muscles feel "calmer" and stronger, which gives me a sense of control. i recommend it. i only noticed exercise intolerance at first, which was probably due to the fact that since BFS started I thought I could no longer exercise and I was out of shape!

Yoga is about being more in tuned with your body, which made me think I definitely didnt want to do it. That is, I didnt want to notice my twitches even more. But, it hasnt caused that effect at all.

As part of my rehab from my back,neck,shoulder injury, my second round of PT combined "normal" PT with Pilates and yoga. Like you, it was good for calming and restoring internal locus of control. 10 months out and I am still using them. Helpful.
