transdermal MgCL

Hello!

I am not a very crazy twitcher, but I have a hotspot in my left foot since years. And from time to time a hotspot in changing locations for several days. I have lots of other problems, but just want to tell, what helped my now...

I use Magnesium, MgCl E 511 (food quality) for a foot bath in the evening. It is a transdermal supplementation and one can get more in the body than with normal intake. As my colon resorption is very bad, for me it has astonishing effects. I had a solar plexus twitching very heavily. It helped...then I had very strong knee twitching..same here.
Also cortisone helps me with my muscle problems, so that I think the basic problem is another one...but here it is just symptom management...

There can be a lot of influencing factors for twitching. Try out this...
