I call them tommy gun twitches probably about 20 rapid fires in less a second or three. Great aren't they

Right handed, most of twitching is on my left side.
Tremors,pain,lots of vibrations,some spasms.
Some muscles been twitching non stop for months, specially face.
Vibrating muscles get tired very easily and in pain.
Interesting to see the left side twitching madness.
Something i have been noticing lately is the feeling of my heart pumping in muscles,im not sure if its a rhythm twitch or is it nerves being sensitive to blood pressure flow.

So the shaking motion activated during exercise, not rest! This is occurring (15 months) from the beginning. Does anyone have similar feelings?

Note: When i was examined whit EMG/ENG Dr. looking at this area as well and there was no lesion.

I am right handed and the left side is (fare) worse then the right side.

Left side. Hot spot is Upper bicep, tricep and elbow. Thumpers that sometimes jerks my arm. Machine gun firing every now and then. I have twitches in calves etc but the worse ones are on left arm. going on two years with this hotspot.
I'm right handed. I take magnesium twice a day 400 mg. sometimes that helps. Anybody have things they do or take to quiet the twitches and tremors down?
