Herbal Supplement

Postby physerv24 on June 12th, 2014, 8:59 pm

Just wanted to say I found a supplement called Ashwagandha. I got the liquid herbal concentrate. This is supposed to be particularly effective for the nervous system. I'll let you know the results after I try it for 30 days. I really feel like everything our bodies need can be found from organic materials.

Not that I could tell. Recent trip to the Cleveland Clinic and the neurologist told me to drink 3, 8 oz glasses of tonic water per day for help with muscle cramps/spasms. Appears tonic water has quinine which is supposed to help with muscles. We'll see. At this point I'm not sure if there is anything out there that will help with this stupid condition. I can tell you I'm fed up to my eyeballs with this crap. 5 straight months will 24/7 twitching, not a single break.

At this point I'll take the twitches as long as my tests come out clean! Thanks for the response and good luck
