My Dietary Supplement combo that works for me

Greetings everyone:

The following is the combination of supplements that I take every day that have dramatically helped with the fasciculations and minimized any muscle twitching. Please note this combo does not eliminate all of the fasciculations, nor does it work for everyone. I'm simply sharing what works for me.

(2 capsules) 2000 mg Cinnamon
1 Balanced B-100 Complex
420mg Magnesium
(2 pills) 2000 mg Vitamin C
5g of non-micronized Creatine (mixed in a high sugar juice, i.e.; grape juice)
(6 Fish Oil softgels) 2160mg Omega-3 fatty acids (360mg x 6)

Vegan/Organic supplements are best. Alongside the supplements, a balanced diet with lots of colors on your plate. Lots of greens, reds, purples, yellows, oranges, etc. Organic and raw if possible. This combination has helped me with my muscle twitching (although I still have lightheadedness/minor vertigo) and has allowed me to get back into the gym, and resume power lifting which I missed so much.
