Emergency Measures, Idea for Newbies (strong twitches)

When I was first diagnosed, I had so many twitches, the only thing that helped me was to sit under the shower so that I couldn't tell where the twitches were coming from and I felt more normal. I'd sit there for hours. It worked. Sounds drastic, but it definitely was at the time! I thought I'd throw this idea on the board for anyone desperate! :)

Taking a warm bath with Epsom salt and Dead Sea salts is also a huge relief.

Oh yes, AMAZING help, the bath. I used to get it so hot I could JUST get in it. It would mellow out the muscles so when the twitches hit, they wouldn't "pound" into the muscle. It would just totally mellow everything out! I think some men MAY think, "baths are for girls"! lol. But guys, give it a try!! It's amazing relief!
