How I stopped those major twitches driving me CRAZY!

Postby marieclare on June 25th, 2004, 11:35 am

I mentioned i was going to take an Ambien...major step for a drug intolerant me....SO, I took half a 5 mg tablet and three hours later woke up--unable to sleep--so i took the other half of the tablet and slept 3 more hours...then woke up and no major permanent twitches AND the tingling in my hands was gone--still have the other random twitches though....next time (hopefully not too soon) I get a major permanent thumper twitch , if it has not stopped by bedtime, I will try the Ambien thing again--My neuro thought it would work and it did....Now If I can figure out how to calm down enough so the other stuff can go away!!
