Unstable arms

Postby Floydian on September 17th, 2012, 8:07 am

Hi there, lately I experience that my arms feel nervous and unstable.
It is diffucult to discribe but it's like my arms are not feeling powerful enough (perceived weakness?)
Somehow it jerks and moves a little, sometimes I feel a muscle twitch but not frequently, as in my legs although that has improved in the last few days. I have the feelings in both (upper)arms. Is that a common picture with bfs?

This was one of my most constant BFS symptom: an unsteady, nervous feeling in my upper arms, often with a kind of internal vibration, jerking, tremoring (I could see it jerk) and twitching esp. in triceps . For a wile I had it also spread over my whole right arm including forearms, but usually it was the upper arm/ shoulder. At the moment it is very quiet "there" though

Anxiety is a thin stream of fear trickling through the mind. If encouraged, it cuts a channel into which all other thoughts are drained
