Tendency to cramps..how common?

Postby TwitchyDoc on October 14th, 2011, 12:55 pm

Last week I found out any muscle I have gets crampy feeling when I flex it, press or move strongly. E.g. when I press my upper arm to my chest strongly, I feel strange pain and cramp-like feeling in that muscle group. It is new after more than 4 years..kinda worried of something is progressing...Any input will be appreciatet!

I had this cramp-like feeling right from the beginning, but no real cramps.

I call mine crampy, but it is more like aching, deep aching. When I think of cramping, I think like a muscle cramp that you can rub and it feels better. Mine don't feel better with rubbing. Except my calf area which is tender when I rub it, and feels tight, but doesn't ease with massage.

I've cramped from the beginning, but have had a flare recently. It is just part of the deal for some of us and it can come and go.

Take care,

I, also, get the deep aching. But the cramps have been with me since Day 1 of BFS (whenever that really was?) Calf cramps came first...now its calf and foot cramps. Something as simple as stretching can bring them on.
