UltraMag, Epsom salt and Potassium

Postby nonstop on June 15th, 2011, 7:43 pm

I started a protocol of UltraMag (5 varieties of Magnesium by SourceNaturals), daily epsom salt baths (the body readily absorbs the magnesium into the bloodstream) and Potassium supplement (3% daily intake pill taken 2 or 3 times a day).

I won't jinx things just yet since it's only been a week or so but I will report back soon.

I am taking potassium gluconate, about 15-30% RDA.

The difference has been incredible. I'd say I have had about 90% regression since starting this protocol.

I also do a weekly deep tissue massage.
