Hi Everyone, Just thought I'd share some info. I just returned from a one-month follow-up to my internist after being diagnosed with BFS at Mayo. I seem to have found a good mix of medication that is working well. Doesn't take away all the cramping pain or twitching, but has absolutely made my life bearable again! I take 300mg Neurontin at bedtime and 20mg inderal twice a day. I am going to stay on this doseage for a couple more months to see if things will improve more. Anyhow....just wanted to share! Have a good one :)
