I get some nerve pain in my calf muscles, but for some reason it doesn't intensify. When I cycle I notice slight pain periodically, but it always settles down. My doctor prescribed Amitriptyline about 18 months ago, 10mg per night, but I decided not to take them.

I was given amitriptyline but even half of a 50mg tablet makes me really groggy and horrid the following day. It does help me sleep though!!
